INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECLAIMING LOST PROPERTY
IN THE KINGDOM OF ATENVELDT
Please look carefully through the posted Lost & Found lists and then follow one of the two processes detailed below:
INSIDE-KINGDOM CLAIMS ( Arizona ): Throughout the year, this office will post a progress listing on the kingdom website of the kingdom level (and other) events at which the Atenveldt Kingdom Sheriff will have a Lost & Found booth set up. This booth will usually only be made available on typically the first day of the listed event (normally a Saturday), and will be stocked with all the items collected at that previous year’s ESTRELLA WAR. The populace local to the Kingdom of Atenveldt is and will be encouraged to attend one of the listed events so that they may visit the booth to claim their property. When visiting the booth, please be prepared to give a more detailed description of your property than that which is listed on the posted Lost & Found so that we can confirm your ownership. Please be aware that if you are a local subject of the Kingdom of Atenveldt , this office will assume that you will pick up your property at the booth during one of these events. However, should special circumstances arise, or if you wish to claim an item included in the GENERAL KINGDOM LOST & FOUND, please do contact the Atenveldt Kingdom Sheriff prior to the listed event and we will do our best to accommodate you there or in another way.

OUTSIDE-KINGDOM CLAIMS (Outside Arizona ): With the inter-kingdom nature of the Estrella War comes the need for this office to often return property to subjects of other kingdoms. Those gentles are, and will be encouraged to contact the Atenveldt Kingdom Sheriff and make arrangements for the return of their property directly. Please be aware that this process can take some time and that you may be asked to pay for the shipping of the item if necessary. And, as mentioned above, should special circumstances arise, or if you wish to claim an item included in the GENERAL KINGDOM LOST & FOUND, please do let us know when you contact us.
