The Barony of Atenveldt will be hosting some exciting events this year and we need Event Stewards! (that means you)
Their Excellencies of the Barony of Atenveldt invite bids for the following events:

We know some of you may not have experience stewarding an event (but have secretly wanted to)…now is your time! Don’t worry, we will help you put together the bid and learn what needs to be done along the way!!
And for those of you that are seasoned event stewards, this is a good time to help others learn!
The primary responsibilities of the Event Steward include:
Identifying a location (we can help with this if you don’t have a site already)
Determining if there will be a feast offered and if so, finding a feast steward
Submitting the bid and estimated budget for the event at least 6 months prior to the event Soliciting for volunteers to help with site set-up and clean-up
Running the event on the day of
Bids need to be submitted at least six months in advance, but can be submitted earlier.
