Volunteers needed to help make War of the Phoenix an easy experience for everyone! Every two hours you give not only earns a raffle ticket for prizes but also inducts you into Mistress Thryi’s Rabid Hamster Army 🐹—complete with a special pin to wear with pride.

Find your perfect role among many essential positions. Help keep our event safe with The Watch Pointe (Security) or Shuttle Drivers, greet guests at Front Gate/Registration, lead fun activities for youth at Youth & Teen Pointes, or support fighters on the field as Field Support (Waterbearing). If you have a loud voice, join as a Town Crier to keep everyone informed!

This year, there’s even more reason to pitch in: the Bragging Banner! The group (household, warband, barony or shire) with the highest percentage of volunteer hours will proudly fly this banner, showcasing their dedication and teamwork.
