Archery
From Wednesday to Saturday at War of the Phoenix, open ranges will be available for archers to practice and enjoy the sport. The ranges are open daily from 9AM to noon and from 1PM to 3PM. Some special events will be happening that will take over the fields.
- Wednesday afternoon, which will be dedicated to the Royals officially open the ranges 1pm to 3pm
- Thursday morning, BTY Gem of Atenveldt shoot 9am to noon
- Thursday afternoon, Queen’s Prize 1pm to 3pm
- Friday morning, Time Warp Prize Shoot 10am to noon
- Saturday, will be dedicated to Masters of Fire 9am to 3pm
Archers of all skill levels are welcome to take advantage of these open practice times to refine their skills and connect with fellow enthusiasts throughout the week.
Youth Archery will be open from 9am to noon Thursday through Saturday.
Thrown weapons
General practice lanes on the main range open 9am to noon and 1pm to 3pm Tuesday to Saturday if lanes are not being used for tournaments/shoots and a marshal is present/dedicated to the Royals officially open the ranges.
- Wednesday afternoon, 1pm to 3pm “Royals officially open the ranges” We invite the royals of the known world to open the ranges. Various unique targets will be set up. When all the official ceremonies are complete the range will be open to practice throwing.
- Thursday afternoon, Queens Prize 9am to noon, 1pm to 4pm
- Friday morning, 9amto noon “Theme TBD” Strictly for fun and prizes. This mystery Target will be Interesting!
- Friday, 9am to noon, 1pm to 3pm “Join the Ranks” What is a rank in Thrown Weapons? What is a Royal Round? We can explain how it works and help you achieve one. Even if out of Kingdom we can usually get those scores to your appropriate scorekeepers.
- Saturday, 9am to 3pm (1 hour lunch 12-1pm). Champion Throw We’ll be Throwing at targets at various challenging distances.
