Merchants pre-registration for War of the Phoenix is officially open until January 1st, 2025! This is a fantastic opportunity for artisans and vendors to showcase their goods at one of the most exciting events of the year.

Each merchant booth measures 20’x30’, with the short side facing front. If your booth is constructed with pop-ups or garage tents, it must have strong guy ropes and heavy-duty stakes for safety. Merchants are welcome to camp behind their booth, but vehicles must be removed from the area after setting up. To ensure safety, a 4 lb. ABC-rated fire extinguisher is required outside each tent, easily accessible. Up to four booth spaces can be purchased to accommodate your needs, whether for additional display or camping space.

In addition to the fire safety requirement, merchants must provide a copy of their Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax license as part of the registration process. Without this, your registration cannot be completed. For food vendors, a Special Food Permit from Maricopa County is required to operate at the event. Make sure to have these documents ready to avoid any delays in your registration.

Additional helpers can be registered for $75 per adult, while youth helpers (17 and under) can assist for free. All helpers must be pre-registered as part of the booth setup to be allowed on-site by February 10th, 2025.
