Site Rules

To ensure everyone enjoys a respectful experience at War, please follow all site guidelines. Respect directions from event staff, law enforcement, and emergency personnel at all times. Breaking any rules, including local laws, will result in immediate removal without refund. We enforce strict substance policies: Arizona’s legal drinking age is 21, and illegal drugs and firearms are prohibited on-site. Minors must stay with a parent or guardian, adhere to curfew hours, and wear a Youth Token if they’re under 12. Pets are welcome as long as they remain leashed or kenneled, with identification tags on at all times. Additionally, observe the 15 MPH speed limit on-site, and display your parking pass visibly, as improperly parked vehicles will be towed. For more details, please review the complete list of site rules.

Camping Guidelines

Camping brings people together, so please set up only in designated areas and steer clear of nearby private land. Keep campfires small, contained, off the ground, and always attended, with a fire extinguisher readily available. Use the provided trash and ash receptacles, ensuring that ashes are completely cold before you dispose of them. Generators are allowed only in RV zones, and restricted items—such as drones, personal golf carts, and open flames—are prohibited. By keeping your campsite clean and following these guidelines, you help create a safe and enjoyable event for everyone. For full details, please check the complete camping guide.

On-site Services

Find services designed to make your stay hassle-free. Golf carts and shuttles help you get around, and firewood is available for purchase. Visit Lost and Found at the Watch Point for misplaced items, and use FRS radios on channels 13–15 to stay connected with your group. Shower trucks, Wi-Fi access, and phone charging stations are also provided for your convenience. Check the full list of on-site services to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event experience!

We provide detailed maps of the entire site to help you navigate the event smoothly, including designated camping areas, parking, and key locations like the Watch Point and Town Square.
