When you pre-register before Oct 31st, 2024 you receive the best value of entry to the event. Prices increase on November 1st, 2024.
Registration
Guidelines
Pre-registration is now open! You will be able to register for the event online until January 26th, 2025. After Jan. 31st, all attendees must pay at the event gate.
Read through the following guidelines before you continue to register.
Land allocation
Land will be allocated to attending Kingdoms and baronies. You will be directed to note which group you wish to camp with. If you’re unsure, you may camp in Open Camping.
- Each attendee gets 250 square feet of land for camping.
- For an additional $30, you can request 125 square feet of extra land for your group.
- After Dec 31st, 2024, no land allocation left, only open camping is available.
Payment methods
You will receive an invoice from Paypal after completing the registration. If you would like to pay with a cashiers check or money order (no personal checks), indicate you do not wish to use Paypal, and further instructions will be sent via email from paypal@phxwar.atenveldt.org.

Refunds
Refunds may be requested until January 15, 2025 and are subject to a $5 non-refundable fee.
Gate hours
General access to the site is controlled through a gated roadway that will be open during limited hours each day. After hours, the gates will be closed.
Open hours for entry
- Monday, Feb. 10th – 12pm Gate opens for Merchants only
- Tuesday, Feb. 11th – 8am Gate opens for pre-registered attendees only
- Wednesday. Feb. 12th – 8am Gate opens for all full event attendees
- Saturday, Feb. 15th – Sunday, Feb. 16th – 8am Gate opens for day trips
- Monday, Feb. 17th (Presidents’ Day) – 12pm Site closes
Gatebook
The gatebook is a printed booklet of top-level information, schedules, maps, and merchants that will be at the event. You can request a gatebook for an additional $5 to your registration fee.
