2022 KINGDOM EVENT BIDS
The Kingdom Financial Committee is now accepting event applications (bids) for the following 2022 events.
- Jan 22-23 Winter Crown Tournament – bid due Sep 22, 2021
- April 16-17 Spring Coronation – bid due Dec 16, 2021
- July 16-17 Summer Crown Tournament – bid due Mar 16, 2022
- Oct 15-16 Fall Coronation – bid due Jun 15, 2022
Please use the newly revised Event Application Form, which includes detailed information and a budget for the event. Applications are submitted to the Kingdom Financial Committee (kfc@atenveldt.org) by the bid due date. Please do not send these to directly to the Kingdom Seneschal or Kingdom Exchequer.
The KFC meets the last week of each month to make decisions about the status of event bids, budgets, etc. Questions may be sent via email to the Kingdom Financial Committee (kfc@atenveldt.org).
